The DARC runs 2 nets and has a network of repeaters linked to the currently active DARC Room 2 (on 40012) but we also run a few repeaters in Central, MN. The Paynesville 145.270 FM repeater has been waiting for a new and better antenna for a few years and on Saturday July 2nd one was finally installed. The team was Shannon N0ANC, Dave KG0CV, Dean NY0I, Dan KC0CAP and Tyler KF0CQX.  Tyler was the one climbing the tower. The work took a bit longer than one might expect because there was a little rain.

The install has been a success so far. The reach of the repeater is quite a bit farther, with a stronger signal than in the recent past.
